Coli as well as mammalian cells is approximately 37degree Cas these organisms grow well under such conditions. For other budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a growth temperature of 30 degree Cis optimal. Temp. range from room to 90-degree C. Double door, with glass window.
